First 5000 Mistakes Training Course will bring together 20 Youth Workers from 10 countries around Europe to focus on our attitudes towards making mistakes and recognizing them as important tool for self-improvement in the learning process.
During the project, you will learn to apply improvisational theatre method while working and to welcome mistakes with a positive attitude, design, facilitate and evaluate learning sessions applying the method, explore how to transform it in educational settings and find out how making mistakes is an important element of a learning cycle,
Participants are expected to stay and actively participate during the whole time of the TC.
Solidarity Mission offers 2 spots for motivated members 18+ years old, who are Youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, mentors, members and volunteers of youth organisations, work with youngsters on local, national or/and international level and are eager to become well-prepared facilitators of learning processes, activities, projects, and will be co-operating in teams working with young people.

#Note ⚠️: With your participation in this program, you are signing up for taking part in all the activities and stages of the program, including the follow-up period after the TC.
During this period, with our support, you will organise local actions/workshops in Greece for the members and community of Solidarity Mission to spread your gained knowledge, results and experience.
